Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unworn, undamaged shoes within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exeptions apply, please check the important notes at the end of this policy.

  • To be eligible, items must be in original condition, with packaging, tags, and any included accessories intact.

  • Returns are not accepted if the shoes show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at info@sesseben.com to start the return or exchange process.

  2. Our team will guide you with the steps and provide the return address.

  3. Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item safely.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • In cases where Sesseben is at fault, we will cover the return shipping.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, based on your preference.

  • If you requested an exchange, your replacement pair will be shipped promptly once available.


Store Credit Option

  • Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit to be used toward future purchases on www.sesseben.com.

  • Please note: Customized shoes (including models with leather soles crafted specifically per customer request (MTO) , or any custom sizing, color, or patina variations) as stated on the product page are non-returnable
